● If you do not have these documents or there is missing time between the validity dates of the
travel documents, provide an explanation in question 14 on the application form
● A copy of the biographical page of your passport/travel document
● Permanent resident card (PR card)
● Driver’s license
● Health insurance card
● Senior citizen identification card
● Age of majority card
Note: You need to copy both side of identification document if there is information on it.
● Photocopies of your proof of English or French proficiency
Type of language evidence can be provided include:
a. Results of a third-party language test
b. Diploma, certificate or transcripts from a secondary or post-secondary education program
in Canada or abroad, where the language of study was English or French
c. Proof that you have reached the Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level 4 or higher through
a government-funded language training programs
OR
● If you have hearing loss, you must provide an audiogram and an attestation from a Canadian
audiologist.
● If you have documentation from a Canadian doctor for a cognitive, mental, or physiological disease,
handicap, or condition
● Processing fees 530$ and 100 $ fee for right of citizenship
● Processing fee 100$
Amount: $530 for each adult applicant (18 years or older) and $100 for each child applicant (18 years of age or under).
Once we begin processing your application, even if you are rejected, you cannot get your processing fee back.
You will only get your Right of Citizenship cost back if you decide to withdraw or cancel your application.
